We had reached out via Facebook to ask for recommendations for someone to help us get internet extended to the warehouse (our business location) on our 20-acre property. Several other business owners referred us to Kris Crandell, owner of Crandell Helpdesk. And boy, were all of them right! He scheduled an appointment right away, came out and assessed our needs, and provided an estimate within a few hours. Once we accepted, he ordered the necessary parts and did the installation shortly after they arrived. After a few weeks of great internet in our warehouse, we had an interruption in service. We contacted Kris and he was out the same day. The diagnosis was due to no fault on his part, but an animal chewing through a wire, which he promptly fixed. If I had to describe our experience with Kris’s service and expertise in one word, it would be “Wow!”.
